Frank's knowledge and experience working with VA loans and the home buying process in general is unmatched. Depoimento: Over the last two years it was our pleasure to work with Aubre Cheshire on a home purchase in Bend (our first in the area), and the recent coincident sale of that house and the purchase of another in an area of Bend we liked even more. Our initial experience in working with Aubre was excellent and very satisfying. We were impressed with her thorough knowledge of Bend--and the surrounding areas, their history and characteristics, her interpersonal skills and integrity. She showed how genuinely concerned she is with meeting our needs after carefully discussing those with us. On the aforementioned recent second occasion working with Aubre, in successfully managing our dual sale/ purchase, Ms Cheshire displayed a still larger set of skills: careful negotiating (she displayed an ability to discern good approaches in each stage of the process of concurrent but separate negotiations over multiple matters with a buyer and a seller), ability to obtain “intel” to to keep us abreast of the progress of the transaction, general “hand-holding”, savvy about the local real estate market and prior cultivation of contacts with well-qualified and reliable contractors. Applying these abilities and resources and her experience and sensitivity to all parties was essentially a kind of diplomacy, indispensable to the timely completion of the various, related transactions.

We never worried about what was happening with our sale because Linda kept us informed at all times. The team members were just as exceptional. In looking for a new home, a member of their team came with us on the weekend (twice) to make sure we understood the ins and outs of building a new home. Linda showed great respect for everyone involved, even offering to assist the buyer's agent when her husband broke his leg.
