Depoimento: Late in 2014, I found myself in the position of executor of my dear mother's estate. As overwhelming as that was at times, selling her cooperative apartment in Seattle was even more so. Tom McGough came to the rescue, with years of real estate experience and specific experience with cooperatives. He walked me through the mountains of paperwork and prepping the apartment - even purchasing and installing a CO detector for me. Tom held the first open house and multiple offers started coming in. He guided me through that process and we ended up with an offer well over the asking price. The property closed in a timely manner thanks to Tom McGough's considerable real estate experience and credibility. I recommend Tom and plan to utilize his skills when I move next year - thank you Tom!

Depoimento: Numerous calls and emails in order to rent a house. I completed an application and returned it and asked for additional photos as I would be unable to physically view the house before moving in. Time and again, he refused to send photos and never acknowledged rental application. By the way, my credit score is over 750, I can show proof of income and meet all requirements. Appalling service, communication and it is little wonder that this rental home has been on the market for over 6 months. The landlord continues to pay the mortgage on an empty home that probably could have been rented out 100 times over if the "real estate professional" actually responded to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

She is very knowledgeable and has an excellent sense of the market. As first-time buyers, we are probably a bit high maintenance, but she has always taken the time to explain things and help us think through our options. She's also shown us a ton of properties on short notice-- she makes us feel like we are her only clients, which I know is not the case! We would absolutely recommend her to friends.

Very patient, knowledgeable about the processes, provides detailed explanation, walks through options very well (in my case I was considering renting as an alternative to selling); all this without putting any pressure on you. His support staff was excellent. They took care of getting the home ready for listing, took care of scheduling needed repairs and got them done well ahead of closing. I would certainly recommend Ed to other sellers looking for an agent.

Depoimento: Regenia is the very best realtor a buyer or seller could ever have. She has always answered my phone calls and always been their when I needed her!! She has a lot of contacts with contractors. She has always looked out for me. I can't thank her enough for being so patient with me. It took awhile for me to find a investment property and she stuck it out with me. Most people go to work cause they have to, but she does it cause she loves it. I have never seen a person that loves their Job as much as she does.
