Depoimento: I am sitting in the living room of my new beautiful home to write this review for our agent, Tom. My husband and I scheduled our first house viewing with Tom from Redfin last December. Although the house wasn’t great, we both had a great first impression about Tom. He is very polite, professional and knowledgeable. Finding a great agent you can trust is super difficult. We felt lucky to have Tom as our agent. He always gives us honest opinions. When I was frustrated about the process, he would give me courage to keep going; When I got too excited and overlooked the shortcomings of the house, he would point them out and help me to think straight; When we found our dream house, he would work till midnight to do the paperwork and make sure we submit a strong offer. There are so many great things I could say about Tom. He is amazing in term of communicating with the seller agents, the load officers and us. This helped us a lot during the whole process. Tom’s great service didn’t stop when we closed the deal. He really went above and beyond his responsibility. He guided us through our remodeling including giving recommendations on contractors, even paint colors. I can’t remember how many times I called him regarding small details about the house. He always answers me with knowledge and patience. We greatly appreciate Tom’s effort. We would definitely recommend him to our friends or colleagues.

Depoimento: Jeff helped us find a rental property in Stapleton (Denver). I'd highly recommend him. He has great knowledge of the area, what things are selling, for how much, etc. And, he really knows what's going on development-wise as well which is very important to know in the process of buying, especially in Stapleton. I thought he was a great balance between being laid back and making sure the details were taken care of and that we got a good deal. And, you can trust he won't sell just to sell. He told me as much what not to buy as what I should buy and even was ok with waiting until the right thing came along. And... he is just a great person to boot which is important if you are going to spend alot of time together house hunting.

Depoimento: Susan and Paul did a fantastic job helping us buy our second home when we moved from Lincoln to Omaha. Susan was a skilled negotiator and was quick to protect our best interests. Buying a home is a big investment so working with an experienced agent is critical to protecting that investment. Like every transaction, there were bumps in the process but Susan was great to communicate everything between us and the sellers. They were also readily available whenever questions came up. So, he understood the meaning of budget and was awesome at not going over our set price (even when I wanted to look at houses out of our range, he was really good and nice about reminding me of our set price). When I would send him pictures of houses he would tell me about the neighborhood and if the area was good or not. He was flexible enough to work with my husbands crazy schedule and he was always quick to answer our texts, emails, and phone calls. He also connected us to an outstanding finance team that was able to work fast and efficient. With Ron Wikel and Team Scott at Alpine Mortgage our dream became reality and we were able to move in Christmas Eve!
