Depoimento: Bonnie works hard for her clients. She'll go above and beyond every time. She has represented me twice this year in the purchase of two homes. In both cases, she save me significant amounts of money in all aspects of the purchase due to her knowledge, eye for detail, negotiation skills, and "can do" attitude. She has a circle of experts upon who she can call for things like home inspections, loan processing, title company, etc. One home I purchased this summer was located in Crockett, TX. It didn't phase her. She drove up there, studied the market, met the sellers Realtor and made arrangements with the title company. She wrapped it all up. It was completely painless for me. I am listing my home in The Woodlands and Bonnie will represent me. I wouldn't have it any other way.

Depoimento: Compared to the previous management we had, NW Realty has been a saint to us the last year or so. Me and my roommates at the time were students at Oregon State University. The folks over at the office were VERY conscientious of our time and our hectic student schedule and worked around us to get things fixed around the apartment we rented. Things were done promptly and professionally. As of this writing, they are working on updating the apartment and replacing appliances. Stay awesome Lorri, Jerry, and Greg!

She is always quick to respond and goes the extra mile when scheduling or finding the right house. Depoimento: When my father passed away, I was in charge of selling his house. My parents had lived there for almost 50 years and the house had not been very well maintained. Also, I live in Austin and the house was in Waco. My brother in law recommended Stevie to me - she had sold his house. I could not have sold it without Stevie. She helped get people to make repairs and took care of aall the paperwork and interactions with potential buyers, banks, and FHA inspections. I would not even consider anyone else if I neede to buy or sell a house. Stevie is very personable, very professional, and most of all, successful. Depoimento: I first met Jessica at a home buying seminar she hosted at the Bordentown City library. One class a week for three weeks, covering home buying, mortgages and home inspections. She then, very patiently, worked with me (and my now husband) for a little over one year, showing us houses and suggesting open houses. She was never pushy, she never seemed irritated at our requests or the duration of time, and she was always committed to providing us first class service. Once we actually decided to purchase our house, Jessica was attentive, responsive and very knowledgeable. She provided suggestions for mortgage brokers and home inspectors that turned out to also be wonderful partners. At closing, after already gifting us with seamless help throughout the entire process (it was much less stressful than the wedding I was concurrently planning), Jessica gifted us a beautiful, homemade, Bordentown City shadowbox in our wedding colors. I cannot recommend Jessica enough. If you want someone with patience, a great sense of humor, tons of local knowledge (she got on the floor with a cell phone light to check out a crawl space in our house to verify it was similar to spaces in many Bordentown City houses), and a strong commitment to providing superb service, then Jessica Geller is your woman!
