Depoimento: Melinda was an amazing realtor! I have to say after all of the warnings I received from home buyers, I really lucked out with Melinda. Not only was she unbelievably helpful and professional, I now consider Melinda a friend. Here is why she is an amazing realtor:1. Melinda actually gets to know you as a person, she learns what you like and helps you to pick a home that you will not only love, but that is in your budget. Not once did she propose that I increase my budget.2. Attention to detail- Melinda can spot those construction issues that you may not notice and when you begin the closing process, she will fight to get you what you deserve and make sure that these issues are addressed. 3. Inspection - I had issues with the company that came to inspect my home, both Melinda and I noticed that the home inspector was not as thorough as he should have been. This was especially true in regards to the roof. Melinda found a separate roof inspector to come inspect the roof at no cost. In the end we ended up negotiating for a new roof, which saved me a lot of money in the long run.I could go on and on about how perfect Melinda is as a realtor. I have to say that no matter who you are or what you are looking for, Melinda will work hard to ensure that you get what you deserve. She will recommend great financing companies, home insurance companies, and set you up with everything you need. There is no doubt in my mind that Melinda was a great realtor for me! I really hope that she can help other people feel as comfortable and excited about the home buying process.

Depoimento: Jeff was exceptional to work with. He went above and beyond our expectations. He made us a priority when scheduling multiple home viewings on various times ranging from weekday evenings to weekend mornings. He also was willing to meet us in various locations to get documents signed when necessary. We were first time homebuyers and did not have much knowledge when it came to truly assessing aspects of a home. Jeff was very knowledgable of the different aspects of a home. A strong suit of his is assessing foundation work and status as he had spent some years in the foundation pouring industry. Without a good foundation, the home can incur major future costs and have issues which we strongly wanted to avoid. He was very proactive on asking questions to the different sellers relating to various questions that we had on the interior and exterior and also ones he had to help better assess each home. He was polite, friendly and most importantly honest.
