The process was somewhat complicated as my brother lives in Central New York, and I live in Florida, and we jointly owned the home. Alexis kept in frequent contact with both of us, and offered solid guidance when needed. We received an offer within a week of listing the home, and the deal was finalized with a couple of weeks more. She exhibited extreme patience in handling this sale.

Depoimento: Rob is very attentive to our questions and worked hard to help us with the sale of our condo. He was always available when we needed him even though it was often not normal hours. He did a great job at screening out un-welcome buyers. The current community we live in does not allow renters and much of the interest in our condo came from investment buyers. Once it was understood that they could not purchase the condo he kept them from bothering us. While this sound odd in a sales profession to turn buyers away it actually help to not waste anyone's time. I don't know how or where he came in contact with the lady who is buying our condo he was the one who showed it to her and brokered the deal. He then found another agent for her so he could continue to work for us and protect our interests. My wife and I are very grateful for the hard work Rob did for us during this somewhat stressful process.

We had the most horrible experience working with because he is too self gratifying ..you need to thank your star for having him return your calls ,getting a single home improvement suggestion. The only time you will meet him to sign the contract after that he will present 101 reasons for his absence. He will first make you lower your price expectation from your sale and then act as deal maker.He will reduce the buyer agent commission and take bigger portion of commission hurting your prospects of finding a buyer with good agents.Our honest and heartfelt suggestion for people out there please please never get his services. Just stay away..
