Depoimento: Took advantage of my emotional state after a divorce, he convinced me to lower price on my home so it call sell faster! He is not knowledgeable at all, his assistant is knowledgeable and good at her job! He is not! He promised to give me money back, from commission, from the purchase of my single home and the sale of my marriage home, and he failed to do so! I would never recommend him to anyone!

Depoimento: We moved to the BCS area at one of the worst times of the year but Budah was able to find us a reasonably priced 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom rental in a nice neighborhood with good walkability. He made the rental process a quick and simple one and we were able to move in right away (no, really, same day!). I definitely recommend working with Budah for your rental needs.

Depoimento: We highly recommend Greg for any real estate needs you may have. Greg helped us with getting our unit ready for sale. We unfortunately, had a very bad tenants and they left the place a real mess. Greg helped us to find tradespeople to come in and clean the place, and he even did some of the work himself Because we had a vacation already planned, he made himself available to assist with meeting repair appointments at the townhome. Our town home sold within a week and closed within 60 days, no hitches or delays. A perfect sale!
