Depoimento: My wife and I bought a home from Patrick in July 2015. We were extremely, extremely well pleased with him. He was very forthright with the market, neighborhoods, and especially our ability to sell our home when the time comes. He sometimes took a few extra hours to respond to our questions, but he had no problem with us calling or texting him at any hour, day or night, weekday or weekend. His knowledge is probably the best in the area - bar none. He's been working real estate in the area for almost two decades, and owns property throughout. We were first-time home buyers and he walked us through the process quite thoroughly. I felt the negotiating could have gone better, but we only missed our target by a short margin, so I really have nothing to complain about. Overall he was a pleasure to work with. He was never pushy and in fact wanted us to take our time so we found exactly what we were looking for. He means it when he says he is in the business to establish relationships; that's how his business grows. He's not in it for the quick sell. He wants you to be happy and he made us extremely happy with our purchase.

Depoimento: Michelle was very thorough and responsive to our needs. We had recently moved to Sonoma County from the mid west and had a less than ideal experience with two other realtors that we interacted with. Michelle was highly recommended by a family friend and she fully lived up to the recommendation. She listened to what we wanted in a home and aggressively found properties for us to consider. She provided good advise regarding neighborhoods and helped negotiate with the seller's realtor. She also provided good recommendations for home inspectors and maintenance/repair service providers as required. Depoimento: Vickie helped sell a home and purchase a home for my sister and then sell (for asking price) our home and purchase (at a well negotiated price) for for my family in a whirlwind of time. She help us stage our homes to show as well as possible and got to know our needs and only took us to homes that matched our needs. The home we ended up purchasing did not even have a sign in the yard yet, but she had been checking for us so frequently that she picked up the posting immediately. My sister loves her new home and our family are living in our dream home. Vickie worked tirelessly for us all and we are not the easiest of clients to please.
