She handled everything so quickly and efficiently and explained everything to us as we went along. Everyone warned us that buying a home would be difficult but I can't imagine it having gone any easier! Gina and her team (we chose to use the mortgage broker and title company she suggested) were all fantastic and went above and beyond. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home in the east valley. Awesome service, awesome lady, awesome experience. We will definitely be using her services again next time we want to buy, and recommending her to all of our friends.

She seemed honest, kind, and hardworking and seemed to have the best strategy for selling our house. Our first impressions were right and Karen was our best ally through the whole process.Right away Karen was responsive to our questions and helped guide us through the process. She worked with the city to cast our house in the best light, came with a great photographer, and even rolled up her sleeves to garden our front yard. She helped us with our tenants and worked with our stager. She even gave us rides in a few situations when we were stranded.She worked tirelessly on our property and worked against a difficult buyer's agent. She scheduled inspections, and filed forms, made appointments and countless other tasks that freed us many obligations. Depoimento: I found Kelly via the Carpenter Realty website and after emailing her, she was immediately responsive. During the entire home-buying process, I could reach her at any given moment and that was a huge selling factor for my husband and I. Not only did she show us homes that we specifically requested, but she also went out of her way to show us homes that she had found that we might be interested in as well. That helped us make our decision even more when we finally found the house we wanted to buy, given we had a clearer idea of the houses in our neighborhood, price range, ect. I would definitely recommend Kelly to anyone wanting to purchase or sell a home!

Depoimento: It's been nearly 10 years since we've worked with Greg. We were first time homebuyers; we were young and expecting our first child. Almost 10 years later and going through the process of buying our third home, my heart sinks, stomach curls, and blood boils just thinking about how much this man intentionally took advantage of how young and naive we were. For the last several years, I debated on writing a review on him but decided not to. But, as we work on buying our third home, I've realized how different the last few realtors we've had were compared to Greg. Greg Hill has zero morals. ZERO. He knew we had no knowledge of real estate or any of the process of buying a home. He took advantage of our infancy, did not disclose or explain anything; thus recommended a home that he was the selling agent for. This made him a dual agent and gave him the upper hand to manipulate both parties (buyer and seller) to make negotiations that will benefit him. He knew things about the house that he did not disclose to us. Lied that the seller replaced a septic tank when all she did was change the lid. The septic tank overflowed every time it rained. This would cause pooling around the house, which led to the foundation sinking. He knew the foundation wouldn't pass, and recommended we used his inspector to do the inspection so it could pass. I just want to puke thinking about it! How much he was not looking out for us. I was 8 months pregnant at this point. At closing, we did not do a final walk-through of the house (again, we were young and knew nothing about the whole process). So, when we moved in, we found that the appliances that were put in, were the ones that were sitting out in the barn. Piles of trash were sitting on the front yard. All the things that shouldn't have happened, happened. Although this was a appalling experience, I now see it as a blessing. We don't allow realtors to do this to us, and we thoroughly do our own inspection of the house before putting in an offer. We've also learned our rights as buyers. I hope others do not experience this with him again.
