Depoimento: Pamela first helped my wife and I to sell out home in Cupertino. The home sold for $57,000 over asking price with no conditions prior to the home going on multiple listings (essentially before it went on the market). My wife was a reluctant seller as she and I are separated and she was living in the home until the sale. Pamela gave great advice about setting an asking price to encourage competitive offers. However, when a buyer contacted Pamela before the house went on the market, she gave the buyer realistic comps in the area and suggested that they bid accordingly. The buyers saw the home and immediately made an acceptable offer. Next, she helped me to review and then locate several homes and condos. We made one offer on a 2 bdrm 2 bathroom condo in San Jose south of Hwy 280 and then located a large 1 bdrom 1 bath condo in central downtown San Jose. I am now in escrow for a home that I love. I highly recommend Pamela Banks to anybody looking to buy or sell a home in Santa Clara County.
