Depoimento: Marianne was a gift to us! We live in Northern CA and had been debating for years about selling our property in Lake Los Angeles. Mari Ballas Ward, our local realtor, gave us Marianne's name. We drove down south and made an appointment to meet Marianne. She was on time, showed us the property and gave us some history of the area and had paper work prepared. She gave us enough time to go back to our hotel and talk over what our options were. We met the next day, signed papers and it was so easy and pleasant. Marianne kept in touch with us by email and phone. Depoimento: Terrible customer service. Does not return calls. Has you sign paperwork and does not tell you the truth about what you are signing for his benefit. Scams you into a longer sale time than you agreed to or clearly told him. Wants you to drop your price to meet a buyer's offer, but will not lower his commission at all. He lost the sale of a house due to not coming down on his commission, yet I was willing to drop my price by thousands lower than my base. Would NEVER recommend him to anyone, was like working with a used car salesman.
