Depoimento: Cheryl listed my elderly mother's home that had a reverse mortgage on it, as there was an option to sell it before it was deeded back to the bank. It was a very desirable home in an excellent neighborhood and it should have sold quickly. Cheryl overpriced the home when it was listed and wasted valuable time before it needed to be deeded back to the bank in lieu of foreclose as the interest was accumulating quickly on the loan.This whole deal was a disaster and my mother got nothing out of it! I highly recommend getting a realtor that is a specialist in reverse mortgage sales and also is respectful of families with elderly parents suffering from dementia.

Depoimento: I had a very bad experience with Terry Rader. He priced my place about 15% above the market in order to get the listing. He then blamed me for having mispriced the unit, when it did not sell after 90 days. If you are seriously considering Terry Rader as your agent think about this. He had my listing for over 90 days, and only did 2 open houses during that entire time. Most agents do open house hours from 1pm to 4pm. Terry does it from 2pm to 4pm. look else where if you are looking for an honet, capable agent. Terry didn't do a good job, and my place sat empty for over 6 months.
