Depoimento: Words can't even begin to describe the nightmare that began, because we used Chase Moore and Harry Martin as our real estate agents when my family relocated to Portland. My mortgage agent tried to let me know time and time again that it was "highly unusual" for the agents to be as "hands off" as Chase Moore and Harry Martin were during our entire closing process. They were too busy launching a business in Florida to be present for the final walk thru and sent a real estate friend who later disclosed to them (but before the closing) that I was buying a house from a "notoriously bad flipper". They were also not present at the final close as I signed numerous documents and agreements by myself. Throughout the process I should have seen the warning signs about Chase Moore and Harry Martin.Please do yourself a favor and do not use Chase Moore or Harry Martin for your real estate needs in Portland, OR.
