Depoimento: When I first met Colleen, I was very clear with what my goals were: I wanted to make as few payments as possible on the house, I wanted as quick and easy of a sale as possible, possibly an investor or someone who would want to do a quick flip. I didn’t want to have to pay any extra money at closing to sell the house. I wanted to sell the house as is and not put money into the home for repairs. <br/><br/>Prior to even signing a contract with Colleen, she took the ball and ran with it. I had a few people who stated they might be interested in buying the home so I waited to hear from them prior to committing to anyone to sell the home. During the time I was waiting to hear from the people who were interested, Colleen had already put together all the information and research I would need if I decided to retain her to sell my home. I found this to be very commendable on Colleen's part so after I had not heard from any of the people who had shown an interest in buying my home, I called Colleen without hesitation and retained her as my broker. <br/><br/>Colleen was very concerned with my needs first and foremost. She contacted her favorite escrow officer, who constructed several estimated closing statements. These allowed me to see what the proceeds would be at different selling points and different commissions. She agreed to cut her commission so that I would not have to put out any money at close of escrow. She willingly reduced her commission at the end of the transaction and gave me a generous credit, to meet my goal.<br/><br/>I didn't want to put out any money for repairs, but Colleen persuaded me to fix a few things after receiving feedback from brokers who had shown the house to make the sale go through quickly, to appeal to buyers who needed a loan. The suggestions she made were spot on as we got an offer right away after the repairs (less than 1 month on the market) and closed escrow just two months after listing the home. <br/><br/>Exceptional communication-- Colleen always answered emails and phone calls quickly and always kept me in the loop and aware of the status every step of the way, we spoke on almost a daily basis.<br/><br/>Colleen always had time to answer questions, made everything very clear, explained everything and was always willing to get together and go over documents, answer questions, etc. This was the first home I had ever put on the market, so I had many questions about the process and the documents which had to be signed. Colleen was more then accommodating when it came to explaining everything I needed clarification on, either on the phone, by e mail and was always willing to meet me in person at my convenience when I requested it.<br/><br/>Colleen always told the truth, she told me what I needed to hear, not what I wanted to hear.<br/><br/>I would not hesitate for a second to retain Colleen in the future or recommend her services to family and friends, she is truly a person of integrity and great work ethic!

Depoimento: Amazing realtor! He sold my home at 13112 Moorpark St. in Sherman Oaks. I've been flipping houses since 2005 and it's such a gift to find a realtor this dedicated, skilled and dynamic. He works with a strong team who are very experienced in truly understanding the market and process of buying/selling in L.A. He has immediate response time via text/phone/email at all hours of the day and makes you feel like you're the only client he is working with. We had multiple offers on the home we were selling and he did an incredible job negotiating for us to get top dollar. He took the lead on everything and I was able to trust him with all details even though the final sale was while I was traveling out of town for business. He is detail oriented, coordinated the staging of our home, coordinated minor things to be fixed throughout the home before sale, and truly went above and beyond to get our home sold at highest possible price. We will be using him for years to come.
