Depoimento: We had sold our house in California and had to move within 2 months... We were referred to Jessica by a former colleague and she ended up being an outstanding referral! Being new to the area we were clueless on areas, schools etc... Jessica spent two weekends driving us around and showed us every property that met our guidelines until we found the perfect place ... We would highly recommend Jessica to anyone looking!!

Depoimento: Definitely a salesman. Contacted him and spoke by phone regarding a couple of properties he had listed. Tried to convince me that home values were up 30% in this area over 2009 if only just to cover inflation. Not true!One of his listings was described as a 6 bedroom house. Also not true. Unheated/cooled rooms cannot be considered bedrooms.Above ratings are based as if I was selling a home, not buying.

Depoimento: When I was working with this agent, he Didn't even try to hide the fact that all he wanted was my money. Immediately started asking me about how much money I had and what my budget was and ignored all the questions I had about the houses and how to buy and what the process was. It was such a turn-off, I walked out immediately.

Kirby understood my excitement of buying my first house and even moved her schedule around to help/allow my mother to come along and see the homes. The only problem I had was that I could not afford my dream house because of my credit, but thanks to Ms. Kirby I have a home pretty darn near close to it.

We were initially a little hesitant about taking a home due to credit score issues but once we met Greg and Renee, we were sure to buy a home. Greg was in banking initially so he answered all our doubts and made the whole process a cake walk. They were very patient and passionate about what they do and there were times when Greg would sit with us till late night searching for a home. They will be there with you through out the process and will take care of everything making things seem very simple to the buyer. We initially called a few other agents but the Wellcome team is definitely the team to work with anytime.

Depoimento: My husband and I were moving from Northern New Jersey to Montgomery County in order to be closer to our daughter. We had a home on six acres of land in a farmland community so you can imagine the challenges we presented Pat with. Much smaller piece of land, not too close to the city but in a neighborhood, and in our price range. We were putting up a modular home so were looking for land, not a house. Pat not only investigated ever piece of land available but was quick to point out not just the good points about the land and the area but also the “not so good” point. She never gave up, never lost patience and couldn’t have been more helpful. She found us our piece of land, we put up our home and are happy to boot!
