I had been speaking to several realtors, but after meeting Shelley Rocha from the Nottingham Group, she was the realtor for me ! Although her main geographic area is in the Long Beach-Huntington Beach area, she easily was able to find homes that met our requirements and went out of her way to always make herself available throughout the entire search , right up until the closing.She did the walk through for me since I was out of state, took care of the home inspection, dropped off my keys and much more. And all the other folks at the Nottingham Group were just as nice as she was. I know it's a small thing, but it was a really nice touch to receive a give basket from the NG, and again this week a Holiday greeting card.When I put this home up for sale, I will not hesitate to call Shelley and the Nottingham Group.If you are buying or selling, you should too!

Depoimento: Ms. Steele was extremely patient with a cranky , choosy and grouchy old man. She litterly walked me through the entire Real Estate process. Locating a house, a leander and Starbucks. She kept me calm when things went out of sinct and i thought it was just lack of poor prior planning by service people. Ms. Steele seemed to anticipate what i thought,felt and needed for the house to make it a desireable home for my kids, Cera and Petrie, (pets) and of course the grouch(me). Ms. Steele, was available to me by texting, E-mail and smart phone, I still have a flip phone not a smart one. She also, has a great archive of service people to call upon to solve any or most issues that arise. Ms. Steele is outstanding! RECOMMEND!!!
