Depoimento: Gonzalo and Mo helped me sell my condo in downtown San Diego. After the tenant vacated they helped me with the staging and in about a week they had all marketing materials ready. The photos taken by a professional photographer looked amazing and they created very appealing brochures and flyers to hand out to people coming thru the unit. A website dedicated to my condo was also set up and it looked great! After listing the unit they sold it in 3 days for over $50k what I thought I was going to get for the unit. Throughout the escrow process they were very thorough in every detail and every person on their team that I dealt with was extremely friendly and helpful. They are also very easy to reach, I had agents in the past which were impossible to get a hold of but with Gonzalo and Mo I never felt this way. I recommend them and will be using them again in the future when I sell my other investment properties.

Depoimento: Michele is very professional with a great deal of knowledge. She was extremely informative as to what the comments were on the property and who showed the property. In order to make herself more familiar with the area she spent a day in class at Sun City West to become familiar with the procedures to sell a home successfully in that area. Never did I feel she was to busy to answer any of my concerns. Michele is a hard worker and dedicated to her profession. I highly recommend her to anyone they will be pleased with her performance.
