She spent time talking to me to understand exactly what I was looking for and was in regular contact after our initial conversation. The entire process lasted a month and during this time Jillian was very prompt in getting back to me. Any time I emailed or messaged with a question about an apartment she responded at most within an hour. She was always upfront about what she already knew about the apartment and what she needed to look into. Once I found an apartment I liked, she immediately went over to take a look at it and make sure it was in good condition. She also sent over a ton of pictures so I felt comfortable renting the place without having looked at it myself.

Depoimento: Tammy was invaluable to us in helping us find a home, especially at a time of such high competition within the home buying/leasing market. Tammy is one of the most positive, persistent, determined, and kind people that I have ever met. She dedicates so much of her time to each of her clients and she works to make sure that you are given showings of the houses that you like when no one else can even get through to the property owners due to the volume of calls they receive. It's funny but Tammy can also tell which houses you aren't that impressed with as well as which houses you absolutely love and then she does everything in her power to try to get that house for you.I feel so fortunate to have had her support and her skill along the difficult process of buying/renting a home. In my opinion, Tammy is almost like a counselor to home buyers and home renters as well. She informs you of what might help your chances of getting the house you want as well as helping you look at different aspects of what is personally important to you. If you are renting, she even talks to you about how to make a long term plan to ensure that you get the house that you want if you desire to wait and buy a bigger and more luxurious house in a couple of years. I would recommend her to anyone interested in buying or renting a property. I have never met a realtor like Tammy and she is the best person to have on your side to help you get a home or property that you will love!
