I am picky in selecting my agent (buyer or seller); I look for an overall high rating, these included (experience, education, past transactions, communication, and overall marketing support system). Especially, will my agent speak on my perhaps of interest. Adriana provides great service and she went above her way to get things done and meet deadlines. Her home staging service was an edge and very completive, which adding values to the transaction. Of course, there are room to improve in all situations and transactions. Depoimento: As a realtor, I would recommend Don Johnson without reservation. Since I live in Miami, I could not be on site to handle all of the problems that we encountered trying to first, get this property ready for sale and then getting it closed. Don went above and beyond what I could have expected. I don’t know any other realtor who would have volunteered to sweep the “dead bugs” out the house, find someone to pressure clean the house to make it more presentable before listing it, find a yard person to cut the grass and my personal favorite, an animal trapper to get the cat family out of the attic. Don was also in contact with the buyers constantly reassuring them that we would get all issues cleared up and they would be able to purchase the home free and clear. I would have no reservations recommending Don to anyone looking to purchase property in the Jacksonville Beach area.VLB
