Depoimento: We worked with Ron Scharf and I couldn't recommend him more highly. Three other people I know have also worked with him and all were very happy. He's outstanding. The market in Brookline is tight...at our price point it was very tight. Ron took the time to get to know us, find out what our true needs and values were, and to help us find the place that filled all those needs. He also is a Brookline resident and dad, so I appreciated his knowledge in those areas. He's done real estate development as well, so he brought a great deal of construction and renovation know how to the process. All in all, I found his approach to be smart, trustworthy, and always operating in our best interests...meaning he didn't push us to a quick close on anything we weren't 100% enthusiastic about. He was patient with us, too. Ultimately, we found something and it's perfect. In short, we love where we live and couldn't be happier. Ron helped us get there.

Since I am not from the state of Delaware, the information he gave me was extremely helpful and saved me some time and money even after the sale. Depoimento: Erik was recommended to me by a close colleague who went through a list of realtors before settling into Erik for good reason! I was really lucky as I relocated to Greater Boston area from Illinois and had a very tight deadline and limited availability in the Boston due to my travel and busy work schedule. Erik was fantastic enabling me to visit several homes as possible. He would walk with me through the house trying to understand what I was looking for in a home. Once we identified a home, he helped me understand the positives and negatives of the place. Negotiations were a breeze with him on my side! His stellar performance enabled us to close on time and settled in our new place meeting my relocation deadline! I would recommend him in a heartbeat!

Depoimento: I have been meaning to write this review for a very long time but I never knew were to do so. Tried on Yelp but I guess that i was not able to do so for realtors. It is way overdue.Wendy Sandoval made the sale of my house an amazing and stress free experience. She is extremely knowledgeable and knows the market pretty well. Not only did she priced my house accurately to sell it and have multiple offers on it in less than a month, but I also feel she went above and beyond and helped me with a lot of other things that helped the sale. She is very honest, respectful, and most importantly, listens to you and your needs.
