Depoimento: I really don't know what more I could have asked for from a listing agent. Within one week after listing, we had two offers, one for more than the asking price. Within five weeks we had closed. We needed to close quickly without giving away the farm (metaphorically) and he found us a buyer who was similarly motivated. The whole team, including the escrow company, could not have been more helpful in getting us to our goal!
