Depoimento: I've done business with Aero real estate before and they have always been prompt to fix things when I was renting in Daleville.When I finally decided to buy a really nice house that came on the market, Scott helped me navigate the buying process and helpfully suggested that I do an offer for a slightly lower price. I hadn't considered doing it, since the asking price was already good, but I though "what the heck, worst they can say is no." I'm glad I did. He saved me about 5 grand.We would recommend Scott to anyone looking at property in Daleville. The whole process was relatively easy and I have a house that I plan on retiring in.

Depoimento: She worked around our difficult schedules, and whenever a new listing popped up, she would text me to let me know about it. She was careful to find homes that were a fit for our goals. I will say this, and this has nothing to do with Rachel or any other agent, but if you are not a smoker, always ask if the home has had smokers. The repairs and cleaning that needs to be done is pretty labor intensive, and costly, and if you go into an offer knowing that, you can adjust how much you try and get the house for. Rachel was very helpful as far as asking for certain things with the offer, that we would not have known about. We saw, I don't know how many houses, some of them more than once, and when Rachel couldn't show a house, she made arrangements with another agent so we could still see it. So, I would say, if you are going to use an agent, you should call her.

Later, Brad assisted us by very quickly finding an investment property which we used as a replacement property in a Section 1031 exchange. The timing was sensitive, but Brad helped us meet all the deadlines. We held the property for a few years, then when our tax situation had changed, Brad again helped us by selling the property promptly and at a substantial profit. He understands the Park City market and we look forward to working with him again in the future.

We were under the gun with needing to relocate quickly and both starting new jobs so everything was very hectic. Jackie helped us to move quickly on getting the house on the market, planned two open houses for maximum exposure, and was extremely on top of all the details and very responsive to any questions we had. We secured a strong offer very quickly (which was what we needed). Jackie breezed us through the sales process quickly and efficiently. She was even able to take our garbage can out to the curb for our last removal after we had moved. Nothing was overlooked and she was so helpful in every step of the process. It was beyond smooth. We even closed early. Jackie was more than we could have asked for in a realtor and we would recommend her to anyone.

Depoimento: We like Gary because he is a laid back, straight-up and honest realtor. We've looked at about 10 houses so far in our price range and Gary has been very supportive, informative and always quick to send us listings that meet our criteria. Our top three priorities are: Neighborhood, number of bedrooms and baths and commute to JBLM. And he made sure that the houses that did show up on the market met those priorities. Unfortunately, my spouse and I are very picky about the neighborhoods our future house is going to be in and haven't signed on anything. We did find a house that met nearly all our requirements (top 3 included) and Gary diligently worked through the night to write up the paperwork and send it our way. But the seller decided to go with another bid. Going back to his demeanor, we've seem some funny floor plans and many occasion he's called it out to us or agreed with us and said "guys this might not work for you" and he's right! He knows what he's talking about and has suggestions on possible renovations, the inspections process, the VA loan process and a whole lot more. Overall we are glad the Gary is working with us and feel that he has our best interests in mind, i.e finding us a house that we like. We are positive we'll find a house that will meet our needs again, and sure Gary will be the guy to find it!
