Depoimento: We selected Summer from Zillow's recommended realtors. However, we were very disappointed. At first, I found a single house that I wanted to see. She was very nice and set up the showing and met me to look at it. After seeing that first house, I thought she was good and could help us find a house. That would not be the case. After exchanging emails with Summer after that first meeting, I asked to see 7 other houses in the area. She responded by saying that she only shows 5 houses to her clients and that she doesn't have time to show any client more than 5. I didn't feel like she wanted to put time into helping us. She also said that she would not show me homes in more than one city and also said that we shouldn't start looking at homes till we are 45-60 days from the time we want to move into the house. It was very upsetting to me that she had so many rules and requirements to work with her. The way her email came across was as if she was way too busy to be bothered with us. I want a realtor that is going to take time to help us and show us homes that fit our needs, no matter where the home is or how many she/he has to show us to find the right home.

Depoimento: I called Ebby Lake Highlands office for a realtor to sell my house and they referred me to Larry. My house is located in the area in a very hot market. At first Larry seemed working normally and nice. 1. But then I found out later that he was taking a buyer to my house on multiple occasions WITHOUT informing me. They were doing measurements on my house. 2. In addition, he delayed getting my check to me and caused me making two empty trips while making empty promises to me that he would leave the check in the office, but he didn't. 3. Worse, he was advising and pressuring me to lower my price during negotiation. I later learned that I shouldn't lower my price at all since it's a seller's market. I told him I didn't want to sell any more and I wanted to move back because it would save me money, but he instead told me I had to sell. SUMMARY: DON'T GO WITH THIS REALTOR! YOU'LL LOSE MONEY, FOR SURE.

Depoimento: My wife and I were looking to buy a home from out of town and Sandy was extremely helpful through the home search process. All we had to base our home buying decision was the pictures Sandy was taking as well as her professional knowledge of the real estate market and local area. She took the time to take extra pictures and explain in detail about the area, schools and other things that were important to us. She made us feel as if we were there in Columbus looking at the homes with her. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances I am no longer looking for homes in that area. However, if I did continue my search, I would definitely recommend Sandy hands down, she is a great Realtor, extremely professional, honest and forthright. You can be confident that she will take good care of you!
