He helped us find an appropriate price for our home (after another realtor suggested a starting price that didn't make sense for our area). Robin has a deep familiarity with Wakefield and the surrounding area, and he has a vast network of people there. Our house was a little tricky to sell for a variety of reasons, and Robin helped us figure out how best to show it, and had a regular stream of potential buyers in. Robin also has a delightful Irish accent, which makes the boring talk of money much more tolerable.

Depoimento: Gia is very personable and knowledgeable about real estate in this neighborhood. However the marketing plan that she proposed was not executed. An open house was planned several times but none ever occurred and there was no newspaper ad announcing one. More than half of my phone calls were not returned. I called the local Berkshire Hathaway office several times and just got their voice mail. Text and email communication was better, but always sporadic. I have bought and then sold 3 houses over the years, and so worked with a half dozen agents. This experience ranks at the bottom.

I began a long-distance search and Sherine went the extra mile to search out properties and conduct on-site assessments on my behalf.
