Mary Ann is very professional, and her attitude is always upbeat. Mary Ann was always there for my husband and I whenever we had complications with the Seller, and believe me, the Seller and the mortgage company that we had to deal with did everything in their power to make the transition of the sale of the house not happen. But, we persevered with Mary Ann's help, and was able to get escrow closed.

Depoimento: Compared to the previous management we had, NW Realty has been a saint to us the last year or so. Me and my roommates at the time were students at Oregon State University. The folks over at the office were VERY conscientious of our time and our hectic student schedule and worked around us to get things fixed around the apartment we rented. Things were done promptly and professionally. As of this writing, they are working on updating the apartment and replacing appliances. Stay awesome Lorri, Jerry, and Greg!

Depoimento: I am very happy with the services that Kim provided. I'm a veteran, and Kim was knowledgeable about the VA Loan process. She's also made some great contacts with contractors, home inspections, and others. In my case, I sold and bought on the same day, it went very smoothly throughout the process. Near our buy/sell date, there was an issue with my buyer's loan which blocked my loan. During this issue, Kim gave me consistent updates, and walked though all my options. She was able to clearly explain what was going on, so that what could have been a disaster was just a little hiccup. I recommend her to other Veterans and non-veterans alike.
