When my husband and I found our dream home out of the blue, before we had even thought seriously about listing our current house, Mike went above and beyond to help us sell our house and buy our dream home. 48 hours after contacting him, Mike had our house on the market. 24 hours later, we submitted an offer on our dream home. Mike told us that realistically, we had little chance of getting our offer accepted, due to not having on offer on our current house. Despite his hesitations, Mike went to bat for us. After a lot of hard work on Mike's part, within one week of finding our dream home, we had an offer on our current house and the seller's of our dream home accepted our offer over *6* other competing offers. As if that wasn't enough, when our loan company made a mistake that meant we had no keys on the Friday of the weekend before we were supposed to move in (after all of our belongings were packed and we had made all the arrangements for moving the next day), Mike once again donned his superman cape and convinced the seller's to let us move in before the title was officially registered. (Poor Mike had to hear me cry tears of joy when he told me the good news.) Mike is incredibly knowledgable, always responsive, and truly takes pride in helping his clients find and secure their dream homes. I would (and have) recommend Mike to anyone looking to buy or sell a home! I cannot say enough good things!

Depoimento: I cannot recommend Annette enough!! She is so patient and really gets to know you and what you are looking for. Her negotiation skills are unbeatable. My husband and I started the home buying process and had no idea what we were getting into. We were nervous and wanted to make sure we found a place we could afford but also grow into. Annette made us feel like we were her top priority and made the unfamiliar territory of buying our first home so much less scary! She was even accommodating to the fact that we had to bring our two very small children to view homes. There were no questions we asked that she couldn't answer. Awesome all around!

Depoimento: Eddie is a fantastic real estate broker. I have known him for several years and I used him to both buy(2008) and sell(2015) my condo. He is very upfront and honest to work with and keeps clients interests at the forefront. He was able to negotiate good sale price for my condo by making the other party raise the offer multiple times and our final sale price was about 14% more than the initial offer. Of course, it helped that Eddie was aware of the local market well and he used that knowledge to expertly close the sale at a desired price. I would recommend to anyone without hesitation.
