We needed a "hurry up" closing, so she arranged for all inspections very quickly. Working with her suggested mortgage broker, we were able to close within 10 days of the contract date. That is remarkable work and could not have been done by many brokers. She was the listing agent for our house in an earlier transaction and did her same remarkable job. You actively sought out buyers in so many different avenues and lo and behold, not even 2 weeks after you received the listing, the Howell house sold.
