He knew the finance and the marketing of the house,and was willing to help other agents clients to get the sale done. He went beyond what was called for and worked very hard for us and got us a fullprice offer. You can't get much better than that. Our house was aggressively marketed and his knowledge of how and what to do to get the sale done was the only reason we got through the process.

About 6 months after she represented us in buying a property, we had a difficult problem with the utility company requiring getting a permit from the city, hiring an electrician, and trying to reach an appropriate person at that company.
