Depoimento: We were first time home buyers and I can't imagine going through the process without an agent like Rachel. Her knowledge of the area, loans, timing and negotiation were incredible. She met us first over dinner and we discussed our preferences and needs. That night we received an email with our first batch of homes to look through. She always provided a "good, better, best" summary. She doesn't fluff- her opinion is honest and direct which we really appreciated. Her knowledge of the eastside market was also really helpful... To this day, we look at the traffic going toward our original target neighborhood and laugh in that could have been us if we didn't take her advice! She opened my mind to a different area (comparing pros and cons, etc.) and ultimately we chose an area I never considered before. The closing of the house went smoothly, she surprised us with a gift card and gave us some time to walk through the house on our own. We love our house, big backyard and neighborhood. We highly recommend Rachel!!

Depoimento: I have been working with Ruthie Johnson for about a month in the search for a home in the Pensacola area. We had homes narrowed down to five to look at on the first day. The first one we looked at was IT. I think we both were surprised. However she patiently - and even happily - agreed to stay with me for the rest of about five hours while we looked at the other homes on the list. We covered a wide territory. This was necessary because I am unfamiliar with Pensacola and needed what I found to be her terrific expertise with regard Pensacola and surrounding areas. She was a great and knowledgeable escort and I was impressed with Ruthie from the get-go. I now have a contract on the first home we looked at and plan to close in a month. Ruthie is a very hard worker. I still am stunned with how quickly she responds to texts, emails or phone calls. We have run into a glitch or two along the way – not unusual in real estate transactions of course – but she perseveres and works hard to find a solution. I am elderly and she has always shown respect and sensitivity in dealing with some of my health issues. That in itself has been wonderful. I highly recommend Ruthie to purchasers and sellers alike.
