Depoimento: These guys are great. Joe found us a bunch of leads and even drove us around. He's amazing on phone calls, text and emails - even with our somewhat crazy/nervous questions. The process was super easy for us green first-home buyers. Small 'negative' would be the cost to work with brokers in general - but I guess that's a general NYC gripe I just gotta get over.

Depoimento: I have never seen an agent this incapable of executing on behalf of a seller. Stay as far away as you can if you want to sell your home in a reasonable time frame. She is neither aggressive and thinks reducing the price on your home is pretty much the only way to sell. Also her processes are dated and she has little to no experience with social media.
