Depoimento: Because we had worked with Darrell Reeves last year in selling another house in Spokane, we felt that we really wanted to work with him again, in selling our second house. Even before we arrived in late June from Los Angeles, Darell had already contacted us and brought "comps", and by discussion with him, we reached the right price for the house. After our initial meeting, Mr. Reeves was "on top of things", for our benefit. We received almost daily up-dates and suggestions from him on improving our property, and he kept in touch with us about the progress of the sale. Through his knowledgeable advice--both this year and last---we were able to see offers almost immediately and sold each house in less than a week. Darrell was always professional and friendly. At times we got the feeling we were dealing with a good friend, and not just a real estate agent.
