Depoimento: This is not one of those "cop out" five star ratings. If I could give Marty 10 stars out of five I would. Believe me, you don't want anyone else selling or helping you buy a house. We met Marty when looking for our first home in 2013 (very naive to the whole process), and he was everything we didn't know we wanted in an agent and more. He helped us look at all of the details of the houses we were buying, and he literally crawled in the attic and under the house to see if the houses looked sound. He was always responsive to phone calls, texts. He paid attention to details with paperwork, and was very friendly and informative (in a non-pushy way) through the whole process. We highly valued his opinion and advice since we were green to the whole process. We got the perfect house for us as a great price because Marty told us about it the day it was listed. Two years later, we actually had to move for a job relocation so we called Marty to help sell the house he had helped us purchase. Marty was just as great on the selling end as he was on the buying. He had a professional photographer take amazing pictures, he gave us great ideas for staging and pricing the home, and did all of the paperwork and met all deadlines well before they were scheduled. The end result: We got a full-price offer on our house on the first day it was listed. . . for $10,000 more than we had paid for it, with little to no renovations done in the two years we owned it. Very impressive. We are proud to say that Marty is not only an agent, but through the process became our close friend. You can't go wrong here, folks.

She is always on time, explain all the details in the papers we signed and she spoke to us in a way we understood because we speak Arabic, it was easier to understand the instructions for the paper works. My goodness the prospect of buying a house as first-time homeowners was entirely nerve-wracking, so we were pleasantly surprised when David eased our fears and actually made it fun. He was there for us every step of the way, even on very short notice more than a few times (Sorry, David!). He answered all of our questions and searched house after house with us until we found our home, and zillion signatures later we got it! Depoimento: Oscar Ortega, was extremely patient with my wife and I and the amount of questions we had for the neighborhoods, properties and general information we would consistently ask and the crazy times we would ask, he was always available and if he wasn't someone on his team was equally competent and eager to assist us. From the beginning of the process Oscar advised that he would do everything in his power to get us into the property the next morning (we emailed him around 8pm)... needless to say they accepted the offer the next day... Through his extensive connections, knowledge, and amazing follow up, we had secured a solid footing for our offer. Without going into crazy specifics he was able to leverage some of the negative items that came up on the inspector's report to our advantage. This wasn't easy we were going up a very seasoned listing agent and with some aggressive counter offers we got the deal done, our way and on our terms. He had already secured his place as our family " Realtor for life". But when a phone call between all parties had Oscar vexed because the sellers did not execute on two items on THE DAY OF THE CLOSING, he earned his weight in gold when he ironed out a quick written solution to close the deal.
