Depoimento: We wanted to be part of the "hot" real estate market in Nashville. At first we really knew nothing about Nashville because we live out of town and David steered us in the right direction with great recommendations. We purchased two investment homes in nine months and both properties have increased in value due to the location and type of construction. Since Nashville is such a good investment, realtors are all very busy and some of the realtors that came highly recommended to us were too busy to work with our schedule. We required nights, weekends, holidays and odd hours. Even though David has become busy, to work with him you'd never know it. It seemed like we were the only ones that he was working with. He devoted his complete attention to us and even remembered to follow up on details that we forgot about. He's a very nice guy, very smart and I would put his work ethic up against any realtor in Nashville. We had a wonderful experience all around with David Hines!!

Depoimento: David is amazing! He is exceptionally knowledgeable and savvy about the DMV market and home buying in general. We were first-time homebuyers with very particular tastes and he exhibited unrivaled patience and guidance to help us find a wonderful home. I'm not sure if we were his most indecisive and difficult clients but I'm sure we were close! And yet, David never hesitated to find us another option or spend another weekend visiting listings in another new neighborhood. I couldn't recommend David more strongly as a patient, client-focused, flexible, knowledgeable, and smart agent. Of course, I should also mention that he adeptly helped us navigate the closing process, even when we threw him a curveball at the 11th hour. He handled everything smoothly and got us exactly what we wanted. (And I would add that he had picked out the place as "perfect for us" a couple of weeks before we realized it ourselves).

I had lived in my home for 34 years so Sherry helped me figure out what needed to go, and also what needed to go into storage and what needed sprucing up. She was always low key and supportive and never high handed, just helpful. She was a pleasure and whatever needed doing she did. When the time came to sell she helped me find a fair price for my house and we got two contracts the first day. Before listing, he advised us of the things we needed to concentrate on to ensure a quick and successful sale. I was told that he is an honest guy who will work hard to make sure I find a house that will be good for me. They were 100% right about everything!
