Depoimento: I worked with Kristina on my recent home purchase. I cannot praise Kristina enough! She kept me updated on the progress of my purchase throughout the process, she was my sounding board when things weren't going as planned and I was frustrated. Kristina is a fighter and she fought for me the entire time and always had my best interest in mind. She found me the perfect house for my needs. I told Kristina what I was looking for and my price range. I would give her a list of houses I found and she would get back with me and we would go look at them. When I inquired why we didn't look at this house or that house, she would tell me that it was in a bad neighborhood or a flood zone or that it was not right for what I am looking for. I appreciate her honesty and integrity. Integrity is something that is hard to find in people these days and I am very happy that I found this in Kristina. We communicated via text or phone calls any time it was needed, even on weekends. She genuinely cares about her clients and went above and beyond anything I expected to make sure I got the perfect house. I highly recommend Kristina Platonova to anyone who is looking to purchase or sell a home. She is amazing and she will not disappoint you.

Depoimento: We were referred to Joe and Linda by a co-worker and it was one of the best decisions we have made. This was our first time purchasing a home and Linda were very attentive and responsive to any questions and/or concerns we had. Prior to selecting them as our real estate agents we met with two additional realtors and just based on the fact that we were first time home buyers they explained the process more fully and what to expected. When we first started looking at properties they were extremely flexible as well which was really important to us since we had a baby to consider. There was an entire day, on the weekend, we even spent viewing homes. They were also very patient and encouraging; always advising us not to give up hope. They were also very thoughtful. After we officially moved into our home we received delicious homemade spaghetti sauce and some other items as a home warming present. I would definitely recommend Joe and Linda to any future home buyers.

She is always easily reached and always responded to our e-mails almost immediately, even on weekends. However the most important quality she has and the reason why I would recommend her to anybody looking to buy a home is that she is very honest, she will always point out the factors about a property to the buyer so that they can carefully make considerations as if she is buying the house for herself. We were casually house hunting and not working with any particular realtors when we met them at an open house. After chatting with them both, my husband and I totally hit it off with them because they "got it" right away. They immediately understood our particular needs and offered to represent us and get us going on some listings. Debbie drove around with us to lots of opens and talked us through our pros and cons; answered every question, was ALWAYS available -- both Debbie and Davina were honest, resourceful, and very experienced in and knowledgeable about the local areas so we trusted them right away.
