Depoimento: We can’t say enough about our great experience working with Sheila Pepper. She helped us purchase our home in Imperial Beach. Since we were buying from out of state it was crucial to have a realtor “on the ground”.It was a long process – six months, but Sheila worked with us every step of the way – she even put us in touch with an excellent Lender that got us preapproved and wrote up a strong approval letter that we could provide with each offer that we made. Not only did Sheila inform us when new listings were available, she quickly got to the properties and shot videos for us focusing on the areas that we were interested in. We ended up making offers on 5 homes in total (lost 4 and got the 5th) and if it were not for Sheila’s quick actions and staying in touch with sellers in the area we may never have got the home of our dreams. She was always available to meet with us when we were we able to travel here to look at properties, she would work with us late into the evenings assisting us with putting together our offers so we could electronically sign them and get them submitted in what was a very difficult market to buy a home.Sheila was very helpful through the entire closing process – coordinating here locally with everyone, having the home cleaned and the locks rekeyed before we got to town and meeting us at our new home with the keys the day we arrived to move in. We have been in our home for 6 months now and know that if we had not had Sheila assisting us with our beach home purchase, we would still be looking. We highly recommend her – and Sheila to you – thank you again.

When we first met, we told her what we were looking for and she instantly had us set up on their system that shows us what is available. After the first week of receiving the notifications, we set up time with her on a Saturday to look at some properties, and the first place we looked at ended up being the place we bought! With her listening and understanding what we wanted, she nailed it the first time! This is our first home we purchased, so the whole process was completely new to us. Kim did an extremely great job walking us through each step and explaining everything to us. She was great at keeping the communication going on a daily basis, even if there wasn't anything to communicate, she would still check in. I couldn't have asked for a different person!

Depoimento: I would recommend Pete to anyone. She always had our back when we were about to be taken by another real estate broker. We were renting our house when our land lord decided they were going to sell. They told us that if we could get qualified they would sell to us. We contacted Pete she told us what we needed to do and while we were in the process of getting approved the real estate broker went behind our backs and put a sign in the yard and a lock box on our door. Pete contacted the other broker and informed them of our progress. They really did not care, Pete called everyone and got us approved and an offer to the buyer in 24 hours. In the end we got the house and at much lower cost that they were asking and we wouldn't have our first house if she didn't work hard for us. She's the only real estate broker I would use.
