Depoimento: Bob was an absolute JOY to work with. We were first time home buyers who knew nothing about the process. It's an intimidating process making a huge decisions like this. I tend to be a person who has a million questions. Bob never made me feel dumb. When I asked him to repeat information a thousand times he never got inpatient. In fact, we started working with Bob 3 years before we actually bought a house. He must have shown us 30 houses 3 years ago and we decided we wanted to wait a few years before we made this investment. Bob didn't push us. He let us move at our pace. For a real estate agent to spend 3 years waiting on us, says to me that Bob is about what's best for his clients. We are SOOOO happy with our new home. We are thankful that we had a real estate agent who answered our questions politely and moved at our pace.

Depoimento: Michelle worked with me and my wife in 2015 and 2016 looking at homes and condiminimums in or near downtown Anchorage, Alaska. In total we reviewed about two dozen places. My wife and I decided to wait to purchase; however if we do purchase we will go back to Michelle. She understands both the market as well as what we would want to purchase. She always arrived on time and had already done researce on any place that we visited. She is also very knowledgeable about the entire area not just downtown but also the city of Anchorage and the nearby area. All viewing arrangements she made were very well organized and took place as she had planned. Her and her husband have terrific personalities and are very warm and friendly. Michelle is very patient and one key thing I admired about her is that she listened very carefully to us regarding our plans and housing requirements. Correspondingly she did not show us anything that didn't fit our criteria unless she agreed this with us beforehand. I highly recommend Michelle if you are looking to buy or sell in the Anchorage area.
