Catherine, patiently and gracefully, took us to properties in DC, MD and VA and brained stormed scenarios and options to consider when buying versus selling. We spend many days with Catherine, teaching us about the characteristics of the different neighborhoods, types of houses available and what we could afford in each state. Throughout every property we considered, Catherine throughly pointed out pros and cons to keep in mind while making a choice. Her knowledge and resourcefulness helped us choose a wonderful house in a neighborhood just for us. Without her support and dedication, we would have struggled greatly in this house hunting process.
