Depoimento: I own numerous single family residences plus duplexes and fourplexes in KC. I have gone through several property managers and it has been an expensive and frustrating saga. One of the biggest challenges I face is that I live in California and I can't be popping over to check on what's going on regularly. What I learned is that most property managers are very skilled at exploiting my blind spots for their profit.I found TREH KC over 2 years ago. I flipped my fourplex to them as a trial - it was unoccupied and just coming through a difficult rehab. It went so well that within 6 weeks I flipped all my properties. With two years experience, here is what I have found about TREH:- They have my interests in mind and take the financial performance of my portfolio seriously- They are responsive. Maybe once it took over over 24 hours to respond; usually it's 2- Everytime I speak with them they know what is going on with every property and they have a proactive plan for any issues- They fill vacancies quickly with qualified candidates and when there is a problem, they rectify it-I meticulously track every expense and revenue item on every property in Quickbooks. The few times I have found a discrepancy I talked it through with them and every single time, they were correct- Interactions are professional and they are a joy to deal with.In the end, what it all boils down to is that they have earned my TRUST. I can actually relax, for the first time since I've owned rentals, and be confident that my business is being run competently by someone who cares and, most importantly, I can depend on.

Depoimento: I can't recommned Linda enough. We were looking to sell and also buy a home. She listed our home and it went under contract within a matter of weeks all while continuing to help us find our dream home. We met at numerous properties and while we were outbid on some, she never made us feel like we were a burden. She simply stated, "well guys, this wasn't the one" and on to the next home we went. Once we did find "the one" she spoke with the selling agent numerous times and was able to negotiate an acceptable price. The best part of it all was that she was able to set up both closings (selling and buying) on the same day - even taking us to lunch in between- so that we were not out of a home during the transition.
