She helped me sell a house over the Christmas holiday, buy a house, sell that house, and buy another house in the time I have known her. What a trouper! Tess helped me navigate through some unfamiliar territory as a single Mom. She was sensitive to my personal wants and needs for a home, all while digging for the best fit for me. Depoimento: Ken was instrumental in the sale of my home and never left me alone or uncertain when dealing with anything that came up. I know that the sale would not have happened or closed, without his patience, kindness, and expertise. He put a lot of time and thought into the strategy presented. It was based on MY goals and discussions we had because of the good questions he asked. He understood my goals and objectives and executed the best plan possible for my not so great situation. He learned the market and made solid recommendations based on facts. Once I approved I got status reports with critical suggestions. I got the offers and all the agent follow up. He made everything quick and easy and he always got back to me fast, good news or bad. He knew how to handle all the negotiations and paperwork, and referred the best attorney I have ever come across. My sale was complicated and he always worked through it all. Inspections, quotes, attorneys, closing, bank stuff, checking on house, helping me find resources, everything was above and beyond. I felt like I got same treatment as his million+ listings and that was nice.Can't say enough about how great the experience was and the big "thank you" I owe Ken Gerrans and John Greene for helping me close this chapter. Ken knows how to treat people and he knows the industry and the markets well. I would recommend him to friends, family, and anyone looking to always get the honest answers and get the job done right. Depoimento: I never realized how important it is to have a Realtor who understands construction and mortgages as well as real estate. Ken helped me with the sale of our aging home and the purchase of our newer home. We were about to incur large bills on expensive vendors for little projects but because Ken owns and manages properties of his own, so he is very knowledgeable about people who can do good work and more so, what things should cost! He was also so patient through a difficult sale. When our buyer had mortgage issues, Ken who stepped in to help the buyer with their options that they didn’t know about. His years in mortgage banking are definitely an asset. Ken is really the whole package as he sees beyond the property sale and is knowledgeable about loan options, construction issues and there were a few times he would just fix something himself. I can’t recommend Ken enough for his patience, service and know how. I still call him to get references on work I need done and mortgage questions. Highly recommend.

I had been looking on-line for quite a while and reached out to her about a particular piece of property she was representing. That property didn’t work out; but we met for coffee and discussed my needs, time-line, etc. I was in no rush to purchase and was really looking for the right piece of property.I appreciated Nancy’s approach and guidance through the process! We looked at a few pieces of property together that I initially loved. She was kind enough to visit those properties with me a few times, walking through and listening to me “rationalize” how they could work. She thought a lot about my personal situation (visiting family, travel, etc.) and helped me look at things more objectively. On a couple of occasions she even had local tradesmen come out to the homes to give advice on renovations, etc.Throughout the process I never felt rushed and always felt like Nancy was looking out for my best interests. She knows the local SB market very well and offered great insights on neighborhoods, schools, etc. She was incredibly supportive and informative.I eventually found the perfect home and am very happy!Thanks Nancy!
