Depoimento: My wife and I were planning on moving to Brockton, MA in the next two months and wanted to look at the housing market in the area. Neither of us really knew anything about the area and John was able to give us a great deal of information on Brockton and also much about surrounding areas. He was well informed about all of the properties he showed us and even pointed out little things that my wife and I wouldn't have noticed. He was able to do much of this in a very short time span as well since we were only in town for less than a week and did not have much notice. Although we decided not to purchase a home at this time we definitely plan on contacting him in the future when we finally decide to buy!

Four years later it was still on the market, despite the efforts of two different realtors in the area. By then I'd moved to Florida so the house was sitting empty and no one was even looking at it. Then I got a letter of introduction from Brady Saunders and everything changed. I never met Brady in person, all of our conversations were by phone or email, but he convinced me that he could sell my property. And he did. It didn't happen overnight but Brady worked harder than any realtor I've ever known, putting untold country miles on his car and spending countless hours on the phone with me as he updated me about showings, prospects, strategy. Where the other realtors had used print publications, Brady was more innovative and used social media extensively. He was highly ethical, highly motivated, and accessible. He knew the area, the people who lived there and he was genuinely likeable. I always felt Brady was looking out for my best interest and his assistant, Brenda, was no different. The greatest compliment I can give Brady is that I wish I'd signed with him sooner.

The real-estate market was exceptionally volatile and moving extremely quick. Depoimento: Scott was wonderful!!! He was very knowledgeable about the area and the process of selling a home and getting the best price for my home. He sent me new home listing daily and kept me abreast of what was available in the area. Being a widow, h.e went above and beyond the call of duty for me and actually rolled up his sleeves to help me get my home ready to sell. Negotiations were difficult for me, but with Scott's advise, I was able to make the right decision to get the deal closed at a price that worked for me. I do plan to use Scott in the future for any realty transactions and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great realtor.
