My mom lived in the back unit and I found great tenants who lived in the front unit. Now my mom is at a point where she can no longer live on her own so I decided to sell the duplex. I called Sheila because I trust her and I needed someone who could manage all the details without me being there (I live in San Diego) as well as someone who could make the process easy for my mom.
