The previous owners of the house we bought left behind medications and a lot of things we had to dispose of, but I don't know if the realtor is responsible for making sure the people who owned the house before, or their family, who lives in town, should have cleaned everything out.Karyl was quick to keep us informed of every detail, and I would highly recommend her.

Although the home was out of our price range, and we were unsure about buying or renting in the area, he was cordial and knowledgeable.
