From day one, he was always an extremely hard worker that would go above and beyond for me and other clients I saw him work with. It's so hard to find a reliable agent in Boston and Charles is exactly that. I can't imagine that anyone else puts more time into actually seeking out what his clients are looking for and doing the extra things that really make a difference, such as going on extra tours of the local area, answering or returning calls immediately, and showing a willingness to do anything possible to make all parties involved extremely comfortable with each stage of the process. He does it all with enthusiasm and will never make it feel like you're overburdening him.There is never a time that he does or says anything that feels untrustworthy and he always has his clients' best interest in mind over his own, which actually results in him being more successful personally than other agents who act in a more self-serving manner.Now with years of experience, he's maintained that same level of 'above and beyond' service and coupled it with superb market knowledge and an ability to speak intelligently about key differences in locales under consideration, pros/cons, etc. His extensive early career experience in the rental market makes him an invaluable resource for investors, the renters he continues to help, and first time home-buyers/sellers. I would highly recommend Charles for any type of real estate need, best real estate resource in the Boston area and I've known many.

Depoimento: What makes Marty and his team great? Is it the attentive service they provide, while absolutely not being overbearing (you know that overbearing type I'm talking about)? Or that he genuinely cares and builds a relationship that for me has lasted almost 5 years from purchase to sale, to tentatively looking to purchase again? Is it how relentlessly they all work behind the scenes for you? Their professionalism? His frank truthfulness? His 24/7 availability (I've called him at 9am and 9pm)? Is it knowing that he's not satisfied with anything less than the best deal for you, even at his expense? A good realtor would have 2-3 of these qualities, but with Marty he goes above and beyond touching on and knocking all of these points out of the ballpark.I could probably sing this man's praise for paragraphs more but who wants to read all that?So let me just end by saying Marty will be my realtor for life. That's about the only review you need to know.
