Depoimento: Shannon McShane is the property manager of the home we found for rent on Zillow. Her lack of professionalism and communication is worrisome. My husband and I have been trying to get her to resolve issues around the house for almost 3 months, some of which are safety concerns. For example, no smoke detectors, a severe leak, a broken window, and major electrical issues. We have sent dozens of emails, left multiple voicemails, even texts on her cell. I honestly don't even know if she is who she says she is because we have yet to meet her in person and she has NEVER returned a phone call. If you call several times a day she will respond via text message sometime within that week. I cannot express enough how dissatisfied we are with her and warn any of those thinking about doing business with her.

I have an extremely difficult work schedule and she was able to work around it and meet me when I was available (which is not a lot of daylight hours). She is patient and committed to finding the house that is the right fit for you. She will not rush you or persuade you into buying a house that you are unsure about.
