The closing process was amazing -- 18 days from when we received the offer for our asking price to when we closed with a total cash payment. She is a real professional.

Depoimento: I booked our family vacation through Harmon Realty to stay in "Eutopia By The Sea 2" June 20-26, 2015. We had a wonderful time and loved the unit, despite a few hiccups. We did have to call Harmon Realty about a broken toilet the day we got there, which they came out to fix the same day, no problem, and one night someone came and stole items left out on the porch from us and the family in the unit next to us. Yes, the unit had quite a bit of wear and tear from the elements but it was nothing too concerning. At the end of our stay we decided to take advantage of the cleaning crew and pay the extra $60, as per contract (which I informed the lady at the desk at Harmon Realty when I returned the keys to the unit). We did, however, clean out the refrigerator, dishwasher, turn off all lights, turn the ac unit up to 80 and take out the trash. On July 14th I see they credited my account $150.00. We made a security deposit of $300.00. Therefore, I should have been credited $240.00 including the cleaning fee. I called Harmon Realty where they told me that a small yellow lamp was broken in the living room. Mr. Harmon told me they charged me $65 for cleaning. He accused us of not following checkout procedure, leaving trash and the place a mess (which was untrue). He said $85 was for the broken lamp. Initially I was told that they have never had a problem with the cleaning crew so there is no evidence that they broke the lamp. Then, I was told that there was an inspector that went in before the cleaning crew and it had to have been someone in our party. We did NOT break anything in the unit. As a matter of fact, we fixed one of the wooden pickets on the stairs leading up to the unit and we left numerous sand toys for the next guests to enjoy and left a few kitchen items as well. I asked for a picture of the lamp and they said no pictures were taken. They said the lamp was brought in "BY THE CLEANING CREW" and disposed of. Mr. Harmon was extremely rude to me on the phone and completely unprofessional. After they had already told me that there were no pictures they could show me, he tells me that if I make a complaint he will post pictures. I am so shocked that this has happened and that he treated us this way. We will never do business with him again!

Depoimento: Our experience was a very good one. Mr. Brunson was contacted by a real estate agent in our home state. He immediately contacted us and thus began the plans to list. Nearly nine months went by before we were able to vacate the property and get it ready for listing. In spite of that, Robert kept in touch on a regular basis and spent quite a bit of time with us over the phone as we were selling a difficult property from long distance and could not be dealing with him in person except for one encounter when getting the property ready. Thank goodness for cell phones! He was very polite and quite pleasant to work with. Robert listened to our concerns and implemented his knowledge and desire to "get the job done" in a timely manner. The house was sold in six weeks--much to our amazement in a time when the real estate market is rather sluggish. I would definitely recommend Robert Brunson.Thank you. Robert!
