Being a pretty newly single Mom she really made me feel like everything was under control. If I ever upgrade or relocate Stacey is going to the first call I make.My only reason for 4 starts on process and negotiation is that I ended up buying a FSBO. Stacey was and remains excited for me finding the perfect house, even if she didn't get to help me buy it.

Depoimento: I am looking to relocate to Chino Hills to be near my new job. I followed open house signs to a single story house that fit the criteria that we were looking for. I was not working with an agent at that time. There was not a single minute of the interaction with the real estate agent, Maya Ding, that I was made to feel comfortable. She was dismissive at the door, and it felt like I was not wanted as a customer. She offered no real information, and followed us like she was suspicious of us for some reason. This was an OPEN HOUSE!!! She seemed angry when I wanted to look in the garage. Why wouldn't I want to look at the water heater, AC, washer and dryer, condenser, garage door, and wiring? She and a fellow agent spoke to each other in a different language, which seemed to feel like they were discussing us. That's probably not true, but it was extremely uncomfortable, especially due to the manner in which we were already being treated. I would strongly recommend that anyone looking for an agent look elsewhere. There were four of us in our group, and everyone felt offended by the manner in which we were treated. I have absolutely no intention of working with this agent, even if it is by accident.

Depoimento: I was so fortunate to have found Billy Chrysanthopoulus when I was looking for a new home in Frisco, Texas. From day one Billy was very responsive and had great ideas and suggestions for homes to view, based on what I had told him I was looking for. Since I do not live in the area, and I'm still living and working in my current city, Billy suggested that I use the 3D scanning that he offers to his clients. It was extremely helpful in viewing many different homes and properties without me having to travel there, it's like I was actually being there. I really loved the 3D scanning virtual tour. Billy was always available when I called or texted. And if I didn't reach him, he was always quick to respond back.I can tell that he genuinely cares about his clients. Billy quickly made me feel a ease, as I have a tendency to get a little overwhelmed with serious decision making. He is very warm and friendly, and very knowledgable about the housing market, and was able to answer all my questions. If you want it sold quickly, for the most you can get, listen to Tom. We all have our own ideas about what our house is worth and how it should be shown--thats why it does not sell. When you get Tom involved he cuts to the chase, tells you what needs to be done, and the range you are in. He usually starts showing within 48 hours. He is that good!
