Depoimento: Susan and Paul did a fantastic job helping us buy our second home when we moved from Lincoln to Omaha. Susan was a skilled negotiator and was quick to protect our best interests. Buying a home is a big investment so working with an experienced agent is critical to protecting that investment. Like every transaction, there were bumps in the process but Susan was great to communicate everything between us and the sellers. They were also readily available whenever questions came up. I would definitely recommend the Vaccaros to anyone buying or selling a home in Omaha or Lincoln.

Her eye for staging and suggestions for minor cosmetic improvements (which came out of her own pocket) helped make the house look beautiful. She showed the house to many prospective buyers and we took a cash offer that was well over the asking price. Can't thank her enough.

Depoimento: Mike is responsive and clearly communicates information in a timely fashion. It's worth stating again: Mike is responsive. His candor and explanations of the listing/buying process helped my wife and I feel more at ease during what is an inherently stressful transition (even thought its good stress). I'm a lawyer and already understood the technical aspects of our house sale/home purchase but Mike provided invaluable insight into what was going on behind the scenes during the simultaneous buying/selling process with the appraiser, the inspector, the agents, the buyers, etc. And, as someone relatively new to Austin, I personally appreciated Mike's personal knowledge and experience in the part of town to which we were moving. Finally, I want to mention that it's been two years since our house purchase and I sent Mike a question just two weeks ago because I still rely on his knowledge and expertise ... he answered the same business day! Excellent customer service!
