Depoimento: Jillian was a dream to work with. I was moving from NYC to Austin and she made the process extremely easy. She spent time talking to me to understand exactly what I was looking for and was in regular contact after our initial conversation. The entire process lasted a month and during this time Jillian was very prompt in getting back to me. Any time I emailed or messaged with a question about an apartment she responded at most within an hour. She was always upfront about what she already knew about the apartment and what she needed to look into. Once I found an apartment I liked, she immediately went over to take a look at it and make sure it was in good condition. She also sent over a ton of pictures so I felt comfortable renting the place without having looked at it myself.
