Depoimento: We moved from Richmond, VA to Richmond Hill, GA in November, 2015. That sounds simple enough but it involved an on and off house hunting exercise that lasted two years and the showing of over 70 houses. We met Jeanie early in the process and were impressed with her tenacious efforts to find us the home that would meet most of our requirements. There is no doubt that we were difficult buyers as we loved so many things about the home and area we were leaving. We appreciated her thorough and honest appraisal of homes we viewed and her creative suggestions that might make a home ‘work’ for us. Jeanie communicated with us regularly both here and in Virginia as new options were found. She was most helpful in educating us about the various residential areas, builders/renovators, typical expenses, schools, churches, restaurants and medical services, all of which made the transition a lot easier. Jeanie’s excellent working knowledge came through again when we prepared an offer and, following acceptance, had a smooth, problem-free close. As we finished a day of unsuccessful showings, Jeanie’s dedication was obvious as she would say “Don’t worry, I’ll find you your home.” She did.

Depoimento: It will be challenging to summarize "briefly'' of my families INCREDIBLE experience with Kristin Bolles...but I will TRY! To begin, I would not be sitting here this morning, sipping coffee on MY lovely patio, instead, I would probably be frantically scrambling to pack for the umpteenth time, because a landlord has decided to sell the home we had come to THINK was our own, but, of course, never really was. I have God, my family and Kristin to thank for making years of moving agony, a thing of the past...we are FINALLY and ever so gratefully...HOME! Not only did Kristin bust her tail, spending her weekends and her evenings trying to find us the home that met our very particular needs, but she did it quickly, joyfully and professionally. She even put our needs above her commission check, never trying to insist we needed a house that was outside of our budget.She had an uncanny way of putting herself into our shoes, and thus knowing almost intuitively what would or would not be the perfect home for us, and she wasn't willing to ''settle". Kristin is not merely just a great "starter", she is also a phenomenal FINISHER! We had some very unique and challenging financing issues that at times made ME want to give up on the dream of owning my own home...but as stressful as it was for her, Kristin never quit, and armed with her knowledge of real estate, her calm, yet effective, negotiating skills, her creative problem solving skills, her incredible intuition and her ferocious tenacity...we won the battle! There is a call to the human race to "go the extra mile" for one another, yet sadly, it is a rare thing to witness, especially in the business world. Kristin humbly and beautifully displayed this rare character trait. It was quite a privilege to behold.Thank you Kristin, for being one of a few who truly puts her clients(and likely all who know her) before herself. You are a rare breed.May God richly bless you and may you know that the Turner family is forever indebted to you!

Depoimento: Lisa is an amazing agent! A few specifics that we valued in working with her:1. She isn’t a “zillions of listings at one time” agent, so she knew us and our house well. We worked directly with her the entire time. No keeping track of multiple folks on a team, or spending time getting someone else in the loop. She was super responsive via text, email, phone, and though she had other clients she was working with, I never felt like it limited her time with us. Consistently great personalized service, she’s super tech savvy, and it was easy to set up appointments with her. 2. Lisa had many high-impact, low-cost and easy-to-implement staging ideas that helped emphasize the best features in our house. She even brought a few pieces of furniture over to help stage, as our house was vacant. 3. Her photography skills are AMAZING! Our house looked great online. She has years of experience, and it shows. 4. Our house had its own website! I loved the detailed web content she wrote, as well as the fact the sign in the yard came with a custom URL. Seriously, she says Marketing Ninja, but I had no clue… across-the-board, all the online and print collateral was fabulous. 5. She has a ninja rolodex. We were under contract super-quickly(!) and as the process continued with the home inspection, etc., she had excellent suggestions for some of the other professional services we needed to work with. 6. I follow the market in the area we were looking to sell in closely, but it’s still amazing what you don’t pick up browsing online sales data. She’s an expert in the Decatur/Medlock neighborhoods and knew in great detail how our house compared to others in the area when we were setting our price and go-to-market strategy. I’m very pleased with the outcome. Overall, I’m so glad we listed with Lisa. She’s the complete package of all the skill sets we were looking for in someone we’re entrusting a really significant financial transaction to.
