Depoimento: Our experience with finding a home in Brentwood with Caroline was excellent. We both work and we had just had a baby so were continually harried and pressed for time and not always available during regular business hours. She was extremely responsive 24 hours a day, paid attention to detail, and invested the time and attention when we had questions or needed a sounding board. She showed us a wide variety of properties and never begrudged the time when we wanted to consider more options or look at comps. After our offer was accepted on a condo and we made the deposit, the property experienced water damage the day before the inspection and we had to back out of the transaction. She was happy to assist us with a renewed search. Upon finding another suitable location, she accompanied us to the inspection (which not all brokers do) and worked hard to get us appropriate credits for repairs. What I also appreciated was that she worked diligently with the escrow company and our mortgage lender to make sure all documents were delivered on time. She had to continually press to get our condo HOA bylaws and 9A delivered as we were trying to close quickly. Also important, she did it all with an upbeat attitude and professional demeanor. We will use her again for our next purchase.
